Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 4 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove crushed or ground
  • sesame seed garnish (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp dashi granules (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into thin slices
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together to make the marinade
  3. Mix cucumbers into marinade, and marinate for at least 10 minutes
