Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers
- 4 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove crushed or ground
- sesame seed garnish (optional)
- 1/2 tsp dashi granules (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Slice cucumbers into thin slices
- Mix the rest of the ingredients together to make the marinade
- Mix cucumbers into marinade, and marinate for at least 10 minutes
